Drink 1/2 bottle (1oz.) with 1 softgel for moderate energy. Drink full bottle (2oz.) with 2 softgels for maximum energy. Do not consume more than 2 bottles in a 24 hour period. Consume entire bottle within 48 hours of opening or dispose of remaining amount.
